A new manager makes a difference. Now we need to work on answering the phone but I understand, you're under staff. Anyways, my... order was missing some items once I got a hold of them on the phone, they were awared(didn't have my number to contact me) andasked if I could return to the store. Once I went back to pick up the order, manager apologize and even gave us extra cookiesand a sandwich for our staff to compensate for their mistake. Be patience with new manager, you can tell she's trying to turnthings around in this location. Best customer service! Sandwiches are always delicious! Read more

Terribly disappointed!!! Extremely dirty bathroom while the employees just stand around. My mobile order sandwich was poorly... made, all the cheese in one bite and they forgot my bacon? I would have gone back in to complain but the employees did not seemlike they would have cared or been helpful either way. Read more

I spent 30 minutes here ordering my food. ( I had a big order ) but poor guy was all alone waiting for his coworker to show up.... He did an excellent job which is why I?m giving 3 stars. He had a line almost going out the door. But he took care of me and theothers very patiently. As far as management there should always be a supervisor on duty to avoid having one single person in therestaurant during dinner times. Read more

I ordered my food through the mobile app, when I went to pick up my order they were out of all the ingredients and I never... received a refund. Also when I tried calling the location...the phone was out of service!? ??????????????????????? it's a realbummer, I used to love eating there, but it's the second time this has happened and they were different locations at that. I hate leaving negative comments for chains cause I know how demanding working at fast food places can be, But when a place... ruins my order 3 times in a row, AND treats my doordasher with unnecessary rudeness I gotta leave a comment. Ya?lls managementneeds to consider switching out or something for the mid/afternoon shift cause here is my history of with this location withinthe span of a month 1st time: Yall didnt add avocado and cookies (that i was charged for) 2nd time: You guys made me adifferent sandwich completely (which smelled awful by the way). And today: You forget my chips (i was charged), added mayo(which I DEFINITELY did NOT ask for), switched out the bread or mixed it with another dough or something probably cause you ranout of stock (probably SUPER unethical to do this without telling the customer because of nutritional reasons), and to top itall off, my doordasher told me that when she asked for possible replacements or availability on my missing chips, she said shewas rudely shoo?d out the door due to an employee telling her something like ?Can?t help you, don?t have enough time to dealwith that.?. Like WHAT?! These poor doordashers running around getting ppl?s orders only to be treated rudely by restaurantstaff is beyond me. Some messed up orders here and there is totally understandable. I worked in fast food too and it is a toughgig, but purposefully/regularly cutting corners, constantly running out of stock, not compensating customers formissing/incorrect charged items multiple times in a row through the span of a month and mistreating customers/delivery driversis where i gotta drop a bad review. Management really needs to step up, retrain, or pack their bags. I stopped in for lunch while I was having my car worked on. I knew it was going to be a couple hours before I could pick up my... car. I told the young man, Ashton that I may be there for awhile and he assured me it would be no problem. Ashton not only mademe a delicious subway but he was very personable and in between his working came by my table a few times to see if I neededanything and refilled my drink a few times. Ashton is definitely a "keeper" if you're in the area, stop by and let him makeyour lunch. I highly recommend this place, especially because of the service I received from this young man. I wish I knew the lady's name that was behind the counter and working very hard that day because she did an amazing job. She... seemed to be working by herself and she handled the customer she had there with ease. My son loves the personal pizzas that theyhave at Subway and this particular day they did not have the pizza crust available to make the pizzas , and my son was slowlyupset by this fact. He was very much looking forward to the to one of his favorite treats. This lady was more than happy to comeup with a alternative which was making him Pizza on toasted bread sort of like a French bread pizza or pepperoni bread . It wasdelicious and my son was very happy. I also made several changes to one of the sandwiches that I had ordered for a friend andshe accommodated all of the changes with ease and a smile on her face. Absolutely the worst subway ive ever been to, my sandwich was very much messy and scattered every where aswell as my kids... sandwich and my sandwich was suppose to be toasted and only half the sandwich was toasted the rest was pretty much verycold!They also forgot my chips and handed me a large drink with no lid because they ran out. Ive been calling them non stop for20 mins now and no answer! Ive called 5 times. How do you mess up making a sandwich?? Read more
