I had a bad experience with this Subway and it?s owner. I don?t recommend it to anyone. I tried to work out a solution with the... owner but he is not reasonable. I recommend Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns. Read more

I never like to leave reviews because I believe in chances but this is one TOO MANY times. My family and I go to this subway... twice a week it?s a regular thing. There?s a lady who is always there now and she is not polite and doesn?t understand basicEnglish. My 12 year old son witnessed her being rude to the customer before us and asked me to place his order instead. Not tomention she gave me the wrong change and after I told her three times she ignored me and went to help another customer. Now wehave no choice but to go to the subway on 7th. Read more

Happened to be around this area in East Austin and was fortunate to find this Subway. Great Service
Horrible service, staff who didn't fold the sandwich before wrapping even after I told them to, bathroom out of service, one of... the sandwich makers was on her phone, the bread was tough, and the soup was extremely watery relative to the other subways I'vebeen to. Do not go here. Read more
