The two women making subs today were rude af. One of them even yelled at my kid to just tell her what he wants and she'll make... it because she didn't like that I asked for her to put pepper on the samich out of her preprogrammed order. They were rushing useven tho no one was in line behind us just so they could immediately go sit down together and gossip and literally talk trashabout the customers where everyone could hear it. We all get that they may not like their jobs or in this case these twoliterally hate life and ppl. Horrible customer service, terrible attitudes. I just wanted to share my experience this evening with the only employee working tonight name Michael Sharpe. Kudos to him. ... When I walked in it was about 8:15pm there were about 8 customers waiting this young man handled and greeted each customer andcatered to each and every one of our request. If masks are going to be enforced then employees should wear them properly not hanging underneath their nose and be consistent... with telling everyone who enters. Staff shouldn't throw a fit when told nicely that the meat was in the wrong sandwich whilebeing made. Could have easily been swapped into the right sandwich instead of throwing away in the trash with attitude andmumbling things under their breath. Read more
