Idk who the short white guy with glasses is but I had to repeat myself more than twice on what I wanted. Nadia is a fantastic Owner. All the staff I deal with are fantastic and deal with me being a little weird quite well. After one... misunderstanding between myself and staff, we have come to understand each other. I spend probably 2-3 meals a week here andalmost never have an issue. Read more

We were the only two people there. Kid forgot what we told him we wanted multiple times. Then a different employee, Matthew,... checked us out. Forgot to give me the large cup though. When the other quiet kid gets over to the register again I ask for thecup. He starts to ring me up for it saying the other person didn't... when I walk out and check the original receipt.. we werecharged and they just didn't bother to actually look in the bag at the original receipt or in their system at the last order.Maybe I'd be a bit more understanding of the situation if they were busy.. but the location was a ghost town besides us and oneperson that grabbed a pickup after we came in. IF you decide to go to this location, pray that the manager does NOT help you. I ordered online for pickup upon entering the... store a petite female was finish my order and placed it on the back counter since I saw this I approached the counter smiled andpointed- before I could say anything she rudely said ?name?? I gave her my name and she handed me my order. I then grabbed twobag or sour cream and onion chips and began to pay for it with another individual that was at the register, whom was very politeand even complimented me upon leaving. I get all the way home to find that the order was completely wrong. So my fiancé and Iwent back to the store. I immediately asked for the manager. The petite girl told me she was the manager and the only one aboveher was the owner. So I asked her to call them. She proceeded to do so rolling her eyes at me and huffing and puffing the entiretime. I then proceeded to open both sandwiches and laid them out to show them the issue along with the receipt. Both her and theassistant manager came out to the lobby to address us. As I told her I was unhappy with how she addressed me to begin with. Themale assistant tried to explain they were busy all morning and training someone new and she messed up the order. Which was afalse statement because I witnessed the manager finishing the order to begin with. I explained that I was pregnant and this wasliterally the first time I?ve left the house because of morning sickness to shine light on why it was such a big deal to me. Iasked again for the owner knowing I was not going to get anywhere with her, evident by more eye rolls and lip smacking. Themanager told me ?I already called and she didn?t answer the phone she has a life outside of work.? ?That?s not my problem.? Whenshe told me ?it really is.?
