I always enjoy the food at subway, it's one of my favorites. Today was the first time I ordered using the app. I think the team... got flustered when a bunch of people walked in just after my order printed. And instead of working on orders as they came in,the team preferred to work on walk in customers. So a 10 - 15 minute wait turned into nearly 45 minutes. But the food wascorrect and good, so thank you for that. The team just needs to focus on doing orders as they come in. Read more
