This Starbuck has provided hands on service that took the time to aid with processing payment electronically that was new to the... cashier and I (the customer). With patience and kinds the cash app was successful! With that said, after receiving payment,customer service continued impeccabling. No delay or issues. We all have to start asking ourselves why do we all, collectively, give virtually all Starbucks? a pass for dirt and bad... customer service? Just a typical Starbucks. Dirty, busy, and chaotic. Read more

So I go in at around 4pm on 10/19. There is an Asian woman and a guy who was tan with black hair who appeared to be a manger.... They both stood there and ignored me for about 2 mins while they stood right in front of me and talked as though I wasnt there.Then I order my coffee, pay in cash, and the woman takes my change and puts it in a jar labeled coffee fund without evenoffering it back to me...which is theft. Assuming a tip and keeping someone's change is theft. So I go in...pay for coffee...getignored..then get robbed. I will NEVER set foot in this or any starbucks again. Read more

I live in the Hilton Residences in Austin (about 100 condos) and buy 1-2 pounds a month from this Starbucks. Then they did not... have Verona. Then they did not sell packaged coffee. Neither does the Starbucks in the nearby Marriot Courtyard. So I havebeen buying my Verona (whole bean, then ground there) at the Starbucks on Congress. Now it is closed because of safety. Wheredo you suggest I buy Verona in walking distance of my home? Can I order online and have it ground at any Starbucks? Read more

Avoid starbucks stores in hotels! They don't honor your rewards if you want to redeem and if you're a gold card member, they... won't give you your free refill. This store is strange. I wanted to use the Starbucks app to pay for my order, but I first hadto use the device from the Hilton to tip them?! Just because of this audacity, I gave them no tip. When my order finally came,they told me they didn't have apple juice, so couldn't complete my drink. Then it was a big magic show to reimburse my order andmake a complete new order. Great service and staff was friendly and hardworking as usual. Wish Starbucks paid there staff more and didn?t constantly union... bust, people are what makes any company great and they?re missing the boat. Read more

This location has its work cut out - it services the hotel + any conferences being held there. Every day at all times of the... day, plan on waiting 10+ minutes to order. The staff was great and efficient at getting through the orders. Runs out of foodmost days - but honestly, I think that is due to the hotel not having much else unless you go to one of the two restaurants. Read more

I know it was later in the afternoon but they had no pastries or food. Some of their drink items were out. This location was... inside the Hilton Hotel and very nice. The 2 employees were really nice. Read more
