RUDE employees. I ordered a royal breakfast latte and got just black tea. Spent $6 on black tea.. went back to ask them to fix... the order (it was mobile so the ticket did indeed say latte) and just got attitude from the girl working. I get mistakes happenbut own it and fix it. The drinks are gross. Read more
Rudest employees I have ever experienced. They do not take Starbucks app, Apple Pay, or cash so you better have a credit card.... Would not recommend. Read more
Stayed at the hotel. No issues at the hotel. The Starbucks had rude people working there. They didn?t listen to the order and... made what they wanted. Then talked bad about us in Spanish. We know Spanish so that didn?t work. So sad that they gave Starbucksa bad name. Read more
Late opening. Supposed to be open at 6am, 615 and still closed. When they did open, after adding cold brew, they water to top... off the cup. I guess instead of paying for coffee, now we are paying for water to be added to our coffee as well. Not cool. Read more

I NEVER post reviews but I walked in here with my family. Ordered 2 coffees and a cake pop for my kid. The order was rung up... with the wrong sizes, we were given no receipt and waited for 20 mins. Had to ask for the cake pop that we paid for. When I askfor my money back for the coffee I never received, the cashier told me that my card was declined?.for a refund???. He told methat he was ?barely dealing with me.? Terrible customer service. I would go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks if you?rewanting coffee. Read more
