Everyone who works here is very nice, despite the payment system not requesting a tip. The Hazlenut Bianco Latte is my... favorite. I wish they still served drinks in real mugs; something is lost when serving coffee in a to-go cup. It closesearlier than I would like. Seating space isn?t arranged very efficiently, and some areas are completely devoid of outlets (suchas the coffee bar area). Most of the tables are only big enough for one laptop. Despite these cons, giving 5 stars due to theservice and superior coffee selection to normal Starbucks. Read more
(17 Sep 22) Drinks took a few minutes to get to us, but I believe that was due to time and volume of customers. But overall the... service was great, and the drinks were made right. As the name states it's a reserve with VERY knowledgeable baristas. So if youhave a coffee in mind and you don't know how it's made or you wana try new combinations these people are the ones to talk to.Their knowledge of coffee is second to none. Read more
Not good service everytime I go here. Today, I ordered at 2:11, the eta pick up was 2:18, but they made it at 2:31. I customized... with extra ice but they filled it up with water.. This was terrible and this was not my first time feel this store service isterrible. They don?t even ground your starbucks coffee beans. Read more
Love the reserve options-Shakerato Bianco and Hazelnut Bianco are my faves when in the Domain, however the last Shakerato I got... the espresso tasted burnt and ruined the whole drink. The main problem most coffee shops have is consistency. One visit thedrink is great, the next it?s disgusting. Read more

First time at a reserve store. Trendy looking place, but crowded as heck. Would have liked to try some coffee combinations but... too long of a wait. Order ahead for sure. They did get my drink done quickly but the time I walked in. Would like to comeback when it is less packed. Read more
