There were four people working, but they seemed to be in slow motion. Drinks weren't appearing very quickly, and the drive... thru activity wasn't frantic. After loitering a while and taking pictures, I was finally asked about ordering. I pointed out Iwas waiting on a mobile order. Boy was that ticket found fast and that drink appeared quickly! They just didn't have ittogether. Thankfully my chocolate cream cold brew tasted good. I come here to cram for my exams at least once a week. The staff always make my order well, and are kind and friendly. Sometimes... the store looks a little disorganized but it doesn't matter as much as the good customer service. Read more
I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location. On several occasions when I walk in the workers completely... ignore me. They only wait on orders in their drive-thru. Today I and two other customers waited over 10 min to be waited on. Theworkers would look at us but ignore us and only help the drive-thru. I finally walked over to a manager and asked him to pleasehelp us. In a very irritating tone he said ?Thanks for your patience? and walked away. Me and the other guests finally justleft. This location is very friendly, as most are, minus the "snootiness" some other locations may have lingering around of you know... what I mean! Areas are clean, restrooms are clean as well, and service is quite prompt! Never asked to leave on a count of overstaying it seems either which is nice, and may be due to the many community college students that frequent the area? Read more
I?m so fortunate that my local (2.4mi) is the best within 6 miles. They never screw up my drink order; they are _Always_... courteous and friendly. I really do feel like they are happy to see me. Read more
Amazing location! The manager put extra effort into making their customers happy!! She made positive stickers to put on the... cups! I live down the street so I?m always going to this Starbucks on my way to work. But EVERY single time I order a cinnamon dolce... latte they never fill the cup. It?s ridiculous. If I?m going to pay $5+ for my coffee I expect to have it filled all the way. Iunderstand leaving a little space to avoid spillage but they fill the cup only about 70%. The baristas are consistently on point, friendly, and very helpful! I prefer coming to this one as opposed to the one off MoPac... and Palmer. I also really like the vibe they are giving with the named plants. :) Read more
