Your website says your store opens at 4:30am, Nov 1st 2022. I'm sitting hear with one of your employees waiting for someone to... come and open the store. They said the person was suppose to be here at 4:00am to open. Whoever they are they are notanswering their phone and it's 4:45am now and I have to leave before I'm late for work. Read more

I'm taking away a star because they forgot the honey in both of my drinks. It was clearly stated on my online order. Four pumps... of honey in one drink and two pumps in the other. Neither of the two had any. I had to inside to get them corrected. Hugeinconvenience. Read more

I came through the drive thru and ordered my regular refresher. Please keep in mind I?ve ordered from this location, the same... exact drink plenty of times prior to this incident. I was handed a partially filled cup, a cup that was a fourth of the wayfull. One would think paying $7.85 for a drink, the cup would be full. When I questioned why it wasn?t full I was told I hadto order my drink with extra ingredients which sounds crazy. I was totally confused as I have ordered this drink nearlyeveryday for the last 6 months from several Starbucks locations in my area and have never had this issue. Furthermore, thedrink I ordered didn?t even come with the inclusions I paid an extra $.80 for. This will definitely be the last time I utilizethis location. Read more

So I was waiting for 15min and there was not many people inside. The main problem was that barista didn?t ask my name for the... order, and she didn?t ask nobody?s names at all. That?s not a big deal? but they putting random letters on the orders. My orderhad *Cf* letters on it, so I thought it wasn?t mine and waited and waited. I have gone to this store several times and twice this week I have ordered a venti White Mocha. I go on the drive thru and these... two specific times my cup has felt way too light. I open it and I?m missing 2 inches of my drink!!! I order and pay for a ventiand I get a grande?s worth of drink?!? This is disappointing! I was a Starbucks barista once and know how it feels to get yelledat because someone?s drink wasn?t made perfectly, but I don?t think that at the very least getting what I pay for is too much toask for. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks. Read more
