Friendly service and have not known this location to mess up orders but every time i pull up at 9, 11, 2, 5 etc. the line is... backed into the parking lot and takes a minimum of 20 minutes. For some reason this place only hires dummies. So I go to the drive thru to order and the girl says to give them a minute, so I... wait. After about five minutes, I say ?hello?? and the girl goes ?oh? like she forgot there was someone there. I order and thenpull up to the second window and nobody is there to take my payment. I would just like to say that if it?s going to be 20 to 30 minutes to get a drink you should tell me that before I order my... drink and pay for it because unbeknownst to me I?m waiting and waiting and pretty soon about to be late for work because noone?s told me they?re so short staffed it?s going to take 20 minutes for a drink so a little bit of communication with yourcustomers can go a long way. 9 out of 10 times they makes frappes wrong. Either too sweet or too tart- it?s like they don?t have actual recipes at that... location to follow or they choose not to use them. And they aren?t as thick as other places- they are watery. My friend has alsonoticed this exact same thing with this location and we both now go to other locations. Today was a day I figured I would givethem another try but nope- still can?t get it right???? I recommend to avoid frappes at this location. Read more
