This was the best Sonic experience I?ve ever had! Jazmin was so nice over the speaker. My food came out quickly and was SO hot.... I stayed to eat my breakfast and Jazmin came back out a few minutes later to make sure everything was okay and if I neededanymore ketchup or salsa. Such a good way to start my morning. Thanks Jazmin! Ordered online did the check in on the app saw the ?in the kitchen? then ?it?s on the way? never got anything pushed the red... button the rude girl asked my name then said absolutely nothing for 15 minutes. When they finally bring my DRINK and SNACK outmy drink is watered down and snack cold. Absolutely ridiculous. What?s the point of app ordering when it?s on not any fasterthen ordering at the stall. Sonic?s are definitely going downhill. It took over 25 minutes to get our food. Therefore, everything was cold as it was... probably sitting inside waiting to be delivered. Only one waitress who had plenty of excuses when delivering the food! Staffyour locations!!! Unacceptable! Read more
