I recently moved to this area and was happy to see a close Sonic as I love their ice coffee. There are several issues with this... location. The first is an incredibly large crater of a pot hole in the center of the entrance. If your car is low to the groundbe extra careful. The second is the wait time. I have never been through the drive through and it not taken at least 15 mineven if I?m the only customer. I am not ordering food either just a large ice coffee, which they invariably get wrong as well.The last straw was last Saturday when it took me 30min with 10 of that sitting at the speaker waiting to order with no one infront of me. When I eventually got my drink, an large ice coffee, it was like they put chocolate syrup in it instead of creamwhich is NOT what I ordered. I don?t know if they are just majorly understaffed or just incredibly poorly managed but it?s ahard no for me on this location. Read more
This experience was honestly really shocking. We pressed the call, received an answer quickly, ordered, and then waited. We saw... the screen saying our order was being brought out, but no one came. We waited 30 minutes, having pressed the call button tryingto get an answer with no one answering. We also saw people go in and out of the bathroom in male/female pairs, coming out withmen buckling their pants back up consistently. This was very discomforting, and we ended up leaving. Sonic, please figure outwhat the heck is going on here. I used to work fast food, and the organization here is frankly terrible, and it provides anenvironment that makes its patrons feel unsafe. I love Sonic?s products, but literally cannot get it here. Please help thisfranchise. Read more
My delivery was very late, and once I received my order my food was cold, sloppy, and thrown together. Tater tots were so hard... they were not editable. Mozzarella sticks were chewy and not cheesy at all. Read more
Usually the wait time is very long. I?ll wait in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes before being greeted. I?ve sat in the pull up... section for 20 minutes and no one ever greeted me. Sometimes they get my order wrong. Unless you have time to wait, I wouldn?trecommend this location. Read more
Wow. Don't go here. Waited 30 minutes for 2 33oz drinks and 2 shakes and they got the order wrong. When they finally brought the... drinks the attendant haggled for a tip and even offered additional drinks for "free" if I would tip him... I usually do tipSonic attendants but I tried to explain I couldn't bring myself to tip after that performance.. I received the obligatory "wellGod bless you sir" (which may have meant something else??) And went on my way without the "free" additional drinks. This location is close to my house, they are fast and friendly! The only drawback is the awkward drive thru/parking situation... that happens behind the building when the drive thru backs up. If you got your order at a stall and you are ready to go,sometimes you can get stuck in a traffic clog in the back- see photo. Other than that, I love it! Read more
This isn't the fault of the workers. I got the footlong combo and it was the nastiest quality hot dog I've gotten from a place... that serves hot dogs. It was garbage.. The bun was low quality as well.. I love my hot dogs and what a waste of money. I used tolove getting the hot dogs when I lived in an area with a Sonic. What did you guys do?
