This location never fails to disappoint. We?ve tried on more than one occasion to order desserts through the mobile app (the app... works fine) and tonight when we get to the location it prompts us to input a stall number. Once done, it prompts saying theorder is on the way out and then it says it?s done. Waited about 15 minutes, finally hit the button and the kid says ?they?reonly taking drive up orders at this time?. Incredibly poorly run location. I really want this place to be good, but they just CAN. NOT. seem to get it together. Probably... 70% of the time, they get my order wrong, or give me someone else's order, or they miss an item, or they take F O R E V E R, etcetc. Today I waited 20 minutes on a single soda, had to ring them again to follow up, and then they brought me the wrong thingentirely. Took my 30 min. lunch at work and was near this location so went for convenience. After an hour long terrible experience here I... am leaving this review. I placed mobile order. After a very long wait a server came out and started handing me an order that Iquickly realized wasn't mine. She didn't say anything when I mentioned it looking confused and walked away. I pressed the button10 min later to ask if my order was at least recieved. They said ugh uhhhhh we will send someone out. Another crazy amount oftime later I get my order. Slush was almost fully melted. I assume from sitting for 45 min? And my food order had onions whenthat was only edit I made. Was just a hotdog and tots. I pressed button for final time and asked for someone to come out. Afteranother 5 or so min (not right away or anything) a guy comes out so I finally just ask for a refund as I've been here an hourand still don't have what I ordered correctly. He spoke as least amount of words as possible and seemed upset when I asked for acopy of the receipt showing refund. I got a full sheet of paper with scan of receipt. No I'm sorry for this sir or anything.Never again. After posting this and scrolling through other reviews of this location. I think someone needs to step in fromcorporate because this franchise is clearly barely scraping by and giving the company a bad rep. Read more

This place has really gone downhill. I pulled into a stall because I saw the drive thru was backed up and I waited 10 minutes... before they finally answered. The lady distinctly asked me what I wanted to order, so I told her and then she told me they'redoing drive-thru only. The heck?! So I pulled around into the drive thru and THE SAME CARS THAT WERE SITTING THERE 10 MINUTESBEFORE HAD NOT MOVED. That kind of defeats the purpose of fast food, right? And Sonic management, instead of just telling me tocall corporate or file a complaint like you have with the numerous other complaints on Google, how about you just... I don'tknow... DO BETTER?
