We have had this service for a few months, and things were going fine. The app is hard to navigate. Today is Friday, and I... thought I had canceled our delivery for the next Wednesday. When I realized I hadn't, I contacted them immediately. They refusedto cancel it saying it was locked. I told them that if it hadn't shipped then it could be canceled. I asked for a supervisor,but was told she wasn't there and would tell me the same thing. I asked when a supervisor would be available and was told thatshe would be available on Monday. I have been buying weekly pre-packaged meals from Snap Kitchen for more than 18 months. Originally I was going to their retail... stores and picking them up, but since the pandemic hit, those stores have closed and I have relied on free shipments to my home. The challenge there is that although Snap Kitchen is taking great pains to carefully ship the food, their actual food packagesare not air tight and so the packages inevitably leak because the boxes get tossed around in shipping. The food itself is verygood, although some folks might get tired of the selections. But in my view they keep adding new items every month or so, so itworks for me. OK I left the country and came back. And everything is different now. All of my favorite things are gone. What happened? The... soups my favorite salad?s. My favorite entrées. They are all gone. And the sizes. I can eat like three of these. What happened?The prices are much higher now too. Read more
Their food is fantastic. Great quality and price. I have been a daily costumer for the last 2 years. I am giving them 3 stars... only because 2 poor choices they made with their menu (and don?t want to listen): 1- Changed their original Caesar Salad andreplaced for an awful combination of lettuce. 2- Removed the house made ketchup from their easy burger making the mealun-edible, bland and just a patty with sweet potatoes.
