This is my normal location, and I take full advantage of the mobile app. I order at LEAST 3 times a week. Being understaffed is... NOT a customers issue. Since they are understaffed, they love to lock the lobby and only allow drive thru. The problem with thisis that the people who use the mobile app to AVOID the long drive thru lines and save on time, now waste more time waiting inthe line. This has happens to me many times, including this morning. I normally just wasn't but I had to leave the line and getto my client appointment after waiting 15 mins in the drive thru JUST to grab my already paid for smoothie. I called to get arefund or to come back and get what I paid for. I ended up coming to get my smoothie, but not with out the very young employee,with sticker stars on her face, to say "next time just come to the door because we can't give free smoothies for a long line,"WHAT FREE SMOOTHIE!! I paid for this this morning, and iv knocked before and was denied entrance for short staff, she obviouslyhas no idea what she's talking about. The lack of customer service shows, and this location needs to be avoided. I wouldn't haveleft a review if that girl hadn't said anything but and apology for this morning. SMH. Read more

Closes at 10 but keep the drive through light off to presumably have less customers? Took about 15 minutes to get a single... smoothy with 2 cars in front of me. Read more

I always get the same thing, now they don?t have it, she tells me my total was 6.77 I gave her 10. She replied ?tip?? I don?t... want my food messed with so I said a dollar. Why did I get 1.25 back? I feel robbed. Didn?t even get what I wanted ???? Read more

I usually stay at one of the hotels close to this location when I come into town so out of convenience, I have chosen to come... here several times over the past 6 months. At first I was having a great experience but over the past 2 months, I have hadseveral issues. Today, I had a dry spot in my throat that caused me to cough just at the wrong moment when they were trying tohand me the smoothie I just paid for. The person at the window was extremely rude by shoving my smoothie into my hand (almostbreaking the cup) and when I addressed it, said "that's not my problem". How is it not YOUR problem that you just so rudelyshoved my smoothie into my hands???? Tried calling the store but the manager was no help and didn't even apologize. I shouldn'thave went back at all because last time I was in town, I also had a bad experience. My smoothie was so watered down that it waslike drinking an actual drink.. and if you drink smoothies, you know that's not how it's supposed to be blended. I went insideto speak to the manager that day but all she offered was a complete refund instead of making a new smoothie that was of theright consistency?. so I went to a completely different smoothie place to spend my money. They have been consistently rude overthe past 2 months and more often than not, my smoothie isn't right at all (because yes they've also given me the wrong order anddidn't care then either) or it isn't the right consistency. I travel ALL over and don't have this many issues with ANY otherSmoothie King. I would avoid this location at all costs. I will be taking my business elsewhere in Austin. Read more

Delicious smoothies, but always SO slow. Plan to spend 15 minutes in the drive thru for one smoothie.

My son had a scheduled interview with Ariana at the Yeager location today at 9. He gets dressed and prepared for the interview.... He shows up and she is on vacation. Very unprofessional and wasted his time. If this is the type of management they have atthis store, I would re -think it. Read more

The shakes are great, but EVERY-TIME I come to this location ONLY that ask for a tip. I feel pressured to give a tip scared that... if I don?t my smoothy could be tampered with. What happened to handing a receipt, and letting the customer add the tip on paperor selecting it on a tablet?? Read more

Came by on my way to school in the morning, Erica was so helpful and pleasant! She was the energy I needed for the day!
