While staying at the East Austin Hotel I popped in here just to get a look at it, and grab a cup of coffee in the morning. It is... a gorgeous restaurant and diner. I absolutely love the decor and the coffee was great! Read more

Went there today. Restaurant was dead and the service took so long. After 20 minutes of sitting down with no service, the... waitress brings us water we didn't order and didn't bring even bring us menus saying that she didn't know where the menus were,Yet there's was only 3 other tables being served there cause it was super slow. So how could the menus be lost or misplaced? Felt a little discriminated at this point. So she says she's going to go "look for them" and never comes back. We wanted to tellher we wanted to leave at this point but never saw her after 20 minutes so we left. Thanks for wasting our valuable time. Don'tsee how this restaurant has 4 stars. All I see are 5 star reviews with no comments. Probably fake accounts. Glad I left. Go hereif you have hours to waste! Read more

Went here for Sunday Brunch around 1pm. We had a pretty large group of 8. Parking: We paid for parking and it was very easy to... find parking right behind the building $5 for an hour Food: I had the avocado toast and it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Theguacamole was decent my first time having pumpkin seeds in guacamole but the chips were freshly made and delicious. Service wassuper slow. Not sure if it was because where we were sitting but we had to ask out server multiple times for things and I'mpretty sure he forgot to put in a order for one of the people in our party because it never came. I'll try this place again andupdate the review. 20% gratuity was included because of our party size. Read more

I?m very sad that I came to this place. I am born and raised in Texas, and haven?t been back in 4 years. Living in Florida, I... was excited to introduce my group to authentic Texas cuisine?this was our first stop after landing. I should have re-read thenegative reviews. We ordered breakfast tacos, oatmeal, avocado toast and steak n? eggs. Bland bland bland. All the salt andhot sauce couldn?t save this. The oatmeal was watery and far from steel cut. However, great atmosphere, friendly customerservice, good drinks?so there?s that. Read more

For the price the lace is terrible. Potatoes with steak were hard, salad had leaves that weren't fresh. On the positive side,... food came out fast and the ladies working there were super nice. Read more

Highlight of my trip to Austin, a more popular spot down the street was crowded. Sixth and Walker wasn't busy. Brunch was... fantastic, the decor and vibe was sophisticated. We even met the chef and although the host/waiter was busy chatting some ladiesup at the bar, service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend the basic breakfast fare as the eggs were perfect. If you'reAustin for a good food give this place a visit. Read more

Cozy but light and fresh space. Loved the decor. Very clean. Got to watch Wild Wild West while eating my salad, which was very... good. Service was attentive and easy-going. Would like to come back and try their drink specials and all-day breakfast. Read more

The place looks really cute from the outside, as it?s apart of the East Austin Hotel. The food was pretty good and there was no... real wait from ordering to eating. You order at the counter and within 5-10 minutes the food was at our table. The Queso EggsBenedict were great, but the breakfast bun felt like someone came up with it in their dorm room. Probably great hangoverfood. All in all worth a try, especially if you are staying on East 6th. Read more
