Unreliable. 3 times in a row my order has been wrong somehow. This time the sandwiches were completely wrong and the soup... cold. Waited 30 minutes calling and no one answered the phone. With the ridiculous prices this completely unacceptable. Food is not worth the price. Customer service is terrible, they cannot remember orders to save their life. When attempt to... correct them, they give major attitude. Yes, I?m talking about the girl who always has the long nails at the drive-thru window.She messes up too much and this is happens EVERY-TIME I go. Great location! Huge, good music. Friendly staff and the best sourdough sandwiches. The server even made sure mine was the one... without tomatoes as requested! Highly recommended for a quick bite. Read more
The food is good, but the customer service is subpar. They forgot they were taking my order in the drive thru midway, and didn't... remember starting it. They all giggled through the whole thing. UPDATE: Back to 5 stars. The manager held true to her word about taking care of my next meal there. Even though several weeks... had passed since the initial drive-thru trip, after answering a couple of questions to make sure I was who I said I was, myorder was taken and came out perfect. Thanks for making it right for me! It's usually hard to go wrong with this Austinfavorite sandwich shop. That being said, this was by far the worst experience I've had at this normally great place. I placed myorder at the drive thru and proceeded around to the pick up window. I had my card out and ready and when I looked over, all Isaw was a hand waiting for my payment. Never said hello or even acknowledged my presence other than taking my card. Handreappeared with my card followed by chips, drink and a few seconds later the brown bag with my food. I politely said thank youand left. When I got home, the order was wrong, no napkins, no straw and no Diet Coke. I called the manager and let them knowwhat had happened. They assured me this was a one time thing and they have invited me to come back and the manager would pick upmy bill. Once that happens, I'll be back to update this review. Read more
Food was good but I just wanna shout my man, I didn't catch his name but he was manning the drive thru at 7:00 pm or so on July... 2nd, Saturday. We had a long order but he was consistently patient with a great attitude, providing intuitive answers toquestions and giving information without being asked. First off let me start by saying i?m a big fan of Schlotzsky?s . I treat my family to Schlotsky?s at least once every few weeks... because we all love it so much. But the service at the location at Tech Ridge is by far the worst i?ve ever experienced. I?vevisited this location several times because it?s the one closest to where i live and every time my experiences just get worst.They get my orders wrong all the time and the wait is always way to long ! Even when they?re not busy the result is always thesame. Wrong order and way too long of a wait. The last visit is definitely going to be my last. They got my order wrong onceagain and once again i waited way too long for a a couple of sandwiches but that?s not what made me swear off this location forgood. It was the huge tooth pick i found in the middle of my sandwich underneath all my veggies . The owner of their locationreally needs to invest in better management and better training for their employees. Needless to say I will still being going toSchlotsky?s just not this location and if anybody does decide to go to this location BEWARE !! You might find a tooth pick inyour sandwich ! Read more
They messed up my order and charged me double the price. Team member argued with me and said it was correct which it was not.... Call the following morning to talk to the manager got put on hold for 1 hours for them to figure it out and still nothing andthey hung up on me and now nothing from it .very disappointed in them Read more
