Love Rudy's BBQ! Always eat there when in Texas, has been many, many times. Food was good although this time, the brisket was... unfortunately a little on the dry side and over salted. I come here with my family (of 7) frequently and as far as franchise BBQ go. They are the best. Consistent cooks and flavors on... all their meats. If I could drink their cream corn I would, it's ridiculously addictive. Their slaw is the perfect balance ofsweet, but not too sweet,and finally chopped. The locals bbq place. Yes, I experienced delicious authentic bbq. Cooked in wood fire oak smoke bbq ovens for 12 hours... overnight, daily. Always fresh meats and chickens, brisket and prime rib. The prime rib is truly memorable. ;) The location doesnot have a freezer. Staff very helpful and friendly. Everything is immaculate, including restrooms. I love all of Rudy?s locations, but this is the first time I ordered delivery. Needless to say, I wasn?t disappointed. I had the... moist brisket, jalapeño sausage and baby back ribs. Everything was really good but the ribs were especially amazing! The?small? sides of their signature beans and coleslaw weren?t small at all and spot on in terms of flavor. Very disappointed. Potato salad was only good food we took home from there. Ribs were dry, not to mention very little meat. We... bought . 62 ribs and after scraping the bones of any meat, the bones alone weighed 7ozs which means we got a lil over 2ozs meatfor $11.15. Ordered moist brisket, it wasn't so moist. And the cashier was rude. Won't be stopping by there when friends come totown again. Read more
