Really, really great BBQ. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone and perfect. Brisket also fantastic, moist, rendered to perfection. Came... with the right amount of tasty sauce, not drowned but complemented. Beans and greens unusually delicious too, lots of flavor inboth. It\'s obvious a lot of thought and love went into all of this food.\nDon\'t get me started on the pit-smoked peachcobbler. I really want to give more than 2 stars but the beef was so dry and bland I just couldn\'t ???? the potato salad wasnt bad but... def basic and the mac n cheese I just didnt like. It was the super long noodles w some basic cheese sauce nothing special atall. Read more
