Really, really great BBQ. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone and perfect. Brisket also fantastic, moist, rendered to perfection. Came... with the right amount of tasty sauce, not drowned but complemented. Beans and greens unusually delicious too, lots of flavor inboth. It\'s obvious a lot of thought and love went into all of this food.\nDon\'t get me started on the pit-smoked peachcobbler.
