Went last week for a birthday dinner. Waited about 45 minutes They are unfortunately short handed BUT the food was great and... the service was even better. Had a waiter with a trainee and they hit it out of the ball park. I could tell they were takingcare of a lot of tables yet their energy and service didn't show it. I hope they can get the staff they need to run therestaurant the way they know how but in the mean time they are doing a great job with what the have. Read more
The food was really good. I think Red Lobster is getting better and better. Now there is not alot to select from. But the option... they have you can't go wrong. There appetizers options are so good. If you love shrimp...... come here. Get a cocktail ????. Youwon't be mad. Read more
We ordered endless shrimp and it tastes good especially the Argentine red shrimp. We did wait for around 25 mins. Not bad. But... there are many empty seats inside so not sure why it takes so long. Maybe the shortage of staff. I’m satisfied with the foodand the service. However, I gave 4 out of 5 for this review because the device on the desk. It provides games for you to playwhile you wait for the food. Not a bad idea at all. However, it is very not transparent that you have to pay for that. I did notknow that until the bill. No notification on the device to confirm the payment. It is just $1.99 but not happy with the way itcharges. Read more
It was a nice experience. Our waiter, Paul was very attentive. The food was really good. The atmospere was quiet. I would... recommend you to take a new look at this oldie but goodie. Only downside is how expensive it was overall. But we enjoyed it. Read more
Forget all the trendy, overrated restaurants in Austin. It's been years since I've been to Red Lobster and it's a lot better... than I remembered, which is a rarity these days for quality and service to improve! Ordered the fish and chips, cooked toperfection and a not expensive, at all! Read more

Maybe we should have had dinner instead of lunch by the looks of everyone else’s reviews. This review only got 2 stars just... because the food was good. The service however? We stood at the podium waiting to be sat for longer than expected. No one waseven sitting there. Then when we got our server, not saying she had an attitude but she was not hospitable at all. When shebrought the food out she handed it directly to us as opposed to putting it on the table. We didn’t even want to eat our foodanymore because the service was so off putting. My partner was finished eating but I still was and she basically rushed us outof the restaurant. There was no one else in the restaurant and no one waiting to come in so why rush? Then when it was time toleave, I’m wearing a tank top and a skirt and she said “I love your outfit, very classy”. Thanks boo.
