They let me leave with out giving me my second sandwich. Did not attempt to stop me or bring it to me. I admit I was working on... my phone but they gave 0 effort to make sure I had my food. I then call to ask for a refund on the sandwich and vented aboutthem not making sure I had my food calmly. And then the manager decides to tell me to calm down and says I was going off on himwhen I was not. This olace has the worst possible customer service I have had. Good sandwich. Was made quickly great for lunch rush when time nessary. Like the options for different varieties.
The pathetic amount of meat, cheese and toppings on the sandwich made me think someone was playing a prank. At least it was... fresh, but seriously these "sandwiches" are a joke, basically just bread. Read more

Used the curbside option but had to pick up inside it was a inconvenience ...so just be aware that im guessing if its rush hour... (12) u gonna have to leave your car. I got the pick 2 option it was 12:39pm i picked the broccoli cheese soup ..it was morelike a dip . It was thick ..i mention the time because shouldnt this be the time to have it creamy? The soup looked like 2 pmsoup that been sitting there since 12pm. The half sandwhich i picked was the wreck i added hot peppers ,lettuce and onion aswell as oil and Italian seasoning. The size was great the roast beef they added was medium rare and warm so it kinda grossed meout ...it had a funny texture kinda like dollar tree steak. The peppers are not a joke add with caution they are notpickeled...they are just hot with no flavor..the bread was bomb...for $9+ it was a decent meal. The name of my sandwich was "A wreck" I did order the food and pick it up so it may not have been as good as having it in the... restaurant. But overall the sandwich wasn't anything special no reason to choose this place over jimmy johns or jersey mikes.Reminded me a lot of "which wich" but I'll have to try it again to form a real opinion, the brownie cookie was awesome.
