i came here 40 minutes before closing, placed my order fine, then when i got to the window they handed me half of my food. i... noticed immediately but the worker walked away and refused to look at me, i waited, waived, asked politley for my food. both mengave me hand signals to leave and refused to speak to me. after i already payed for the food!!!!! so extremely rude. especiallywhen i dont have money to get anything else. Manager has a ton of attitude, drive thru was incoherent, and then when i got to the window, i got the wrong food and was denied... the right food... I got sus that they spit in my food or something cause it seems like that kind of restaurant but I took theleap of faith and ate the food. Placed an order online and arrived about 15 mins later to pick up. Was told that they could not find the order and the worker at... the window was very dismissive, like we needed to get out of line. I asked what their store number was to double check I was atthe correct location but he just said "I don't know" and stood there. Finally, a lady came to the window and took a picture ofthe receipt so she could make the order and told us to park. We waited 20 mins and finally received our food. I asked the guythat brought out the food for our drinks and missing side but he never returned. Had to go back through the drive thru and wastold they were closed. We got to the drive thru a little after 10pm, waited until 10:35 to get our food and back through thedrive thru at 10:45 for the drinks and side. The time online showed they did not close until 11pm. I've gone through the drive through at this particular Popeyes on a couple of occasions without issue. I do really love the... Spicy Chicken Sandwich here, the bread and the spicy mayo are both really good. The fried chicken patty also remains crispy anddoesn't tend to fall apart unlike Chick-Fil-A's. I tend to be pretty picky about fried foods being crispy and not soggy. Thereason I rate a 4 out of 5 is because the property needs a bit of maintenance. Otherwise, I can't really complain. Read more
Got my order wrong initially which is fine it was just a missing item so I went back to order the popcorn shrimp we wanted. Menu... only mentioned the 1/4 lb so we asked if they sold it in bigger sizes and the drive through man starting telling us he wasselling half ounces??? Like haha I get it it?s a weed joke but I just wanted a straight forward answer. I repeated the questiona few times with him giving the same dumb answer and someone else took the mic away from him.
