Ordered delivery based off of a promotion of 8 piece shrimp. I received a box of what looked like a sample size of maybe 10... shrimp crust bites from the end of a left over popcorn shrimp order. It was cold and hard. Paid $9 bucks and an additional 4$plus tip for delivery! This was an awful first experience. Don?t trust ordering delivery here unless you want to physically goin and complain to workers who make minimum wage and could care less because they sent it out to you without concern, probablyhoping you wouldn?t complain. If I could give zero stars I would. They have horrible customer service and don't value the customers time or money. If you... don't have what I ordered, you don't get to pick what you want to give me and charge me full price. $30 for a box of thighs...Ithink not. Last time I visited, my order was wrong. This time, I ordered a large dirty rice. The container was barely half full. Check... your order before leaving. I didn't remove or eat any. This is how it came. I should ask for 1/2 of my $ back. Update -revisited this store 12292020. They still can't get an order right. Oh! And, they no longer sell dirty rice. Goodbye Popeye! Thumbs down!!!! Our order was wrong and cold (except the side of shrimp) and when I took it back to the counter she said that?s... all they have. FIRST OFF, if you don?t have the pieces that the CUSTOMER order you?re supposed to inform them at that time?
