I ordered online two $5 meals and went to pick it up. As I approached the drive thru the line was 3-4 cars deep so I?m... automatically thinking ?FRESH FOOD? which wasn?t the case at all. Nevertheless was my chicken eatable! All this black chunks ofwhat inside the meat is so disgusting! This was on all 4 pieces of my chicken and when I called the store to speak with amanager a gentleman answered the phone and barely showed any sympathy to the concerns I brought to his attention? this is yourstore and this is what quality is? they?re quick which is nice but never order more than 2 things because they?ll be confused lol. this time they forgot the... chicken sandwich, literally the main entree to my meal. they offered a $5 discount but now i?m at work and hungry and can?t befull so what?s the point of having $5 for later? please train your employees to recheck the receipt and food before sendingorders out. On this day, October 2nd, 2022, at approximately 8:30 PM, I ate the best Popeyes of my life. It was the perfect amount of spice... and batter, cooked for the perfect amount of time. Golden, crispy, juicy, flavorful. Whoever made that should be named a PopeyesMaster. Read more
If you order online for pick up make sure you don't have a Hispanic name but look white cause they'll make you go through an... entire ordeal to get your food even if you've given them the name on the order, the order number and told them what was on theorder. Like y'all I eventually did get my food but they acted weird as hell about it the entire time and tried giving me adifferent order. I really just wanted to yell " Yes that's me and yes I know what I look like and what my name says does notmatch but you don't have to treat me this way!" But I didn't only because it looked like highschool kids and I figured maybethey just weren't taught any better at home but really Popeyes you should be teaching your employees what the definition ofdiscrimination is even if their parents didn't ??????????? I think this teenager cashier was trying to steal $10 from me? I gave him $50 and he put it into the safe, gave me $35.14 but... should have been $45.15. The manager was right next to him so I got $45 back. Read more
