Pro: Large portion of protein for ok cost. The fruit is fresh and comes from nearby. Con: not necessarily amazing and not... necessarily a bargain. Unless youre into that kind of thing. First stop after landing from Seattle and I find myself wonderingwhy I'm coming down with digestive issues that i never have. Maybe it's the tapwater here. Food was bland, overcooked and coatedin uninspired, overly-sweetened bbq sauce. I ate it mostly because calories are calories. My suggestion is get the broilerchicken at HEB next door. I picked up a 3 meat combo plate for dinner one night. It was prepared quickly, and I say this because ordering food was a last... minute decision. I was no more than 10 mins from the location when I placed the order. I did not have to wait at all to pick itup. The food was delicious and well proportioned. Some decent bbq that's worth a try!! Totally recommend the sausage, their specialty- that texture is perfect and oh so savory.... The brisket isn't very good in my opinion, much too fatty without the flavor. Sides are nothing special but totally fine, lovethe texas toast though! Read more

Great BBQ. Loved there Brisket and Fries. My only complaint is that I wish the Cornbread was sweet and didn?t have jalapeños.
