Loved love this lace . The only Pizza Hut location there is they really care if we like our pizza ( Katheren ) young lady at the... register.I had ordered 2 pizzas with cheese. But I have the most picky son 8 year old the cheese can’t be at all brown hewon’t eat it . So after hunting everywhere and nobody will make it right but here . When I received my pizzas, they tasted sour and not fresh in the slightest. I order from Pizza Hut regularly and have never... experienced them taste so foul before. I contacted the store and told them about my experience and asked for a refund becausethe pizzas were inedible. I was told to bring the pizzas back in order to get a refund. So I did just that. However, when I gotto the store, the manager began arguing with me about how the ingredients were fresh and that they would not be able to processa refund for me…yet she confiscated the pizza I brought back. I had to wait for 30 minutes for the GM to get back fromdelivery in order for him to be able to refund me. I don’t know why the manager felt the need to fight with me over a refundwhen I returned the product like requested. As if it was coming out of her paycheck. This is the first Pizza Hut I tried since moving to the S Austin area. Such a disappointment. I asked for extra pepperoni and... half the pizza with veggies. I got a regular pepperoni pizza that was undercooked. I didn't realize this till I got home. Icalled the location and received no answer after several attempts. Mind you when I went to the location to pick up my order itwas not busy as there were only 2 cars in the lot. I had to put the pizza in my own over for an additional 20mins before it wasedible.
