I happens upon the Phoenix Grille one day and now it is definitely one of my too spots. Their Tenders with the Phoenix Buffalo... Sauce is the ideal balance of Heat & Flavor. I specially requested crispy skin on my tenders and got exactly that. Plus thetender itself was well cooked and juicy without being dried out in the center. HIGHLY Recommended. Their food truck came to my apartment complex this week. I got the chicken quesadilla with maple Chipotle sauce and the house... cheese sauce. The chicken was soft, but I couldn?t really taste the maple Chipotle sauce. Maybe they forgot to add it to myorder? Overall, I thought there was nothing outstanding about this quesadilla, and nothing to set it apart from a normalquesadilla you can make at home. Definitely wouldn?t pay $15 for this. Update: My food was scheduled for pickup at 5:45 pm andI was in my apartment eating my food by 6 pm, so it definitely didn't take me 45 minutes to pick up my food. I had requested themaple Chipotle sauce when I submitted my order online, and nobody asked me at the pickup window which sauce I wanted, so perhapsif I had gotten the maple Chipotle sauce it would've made the difference.
