Really good burgers. It's clean. The parking is good but one way in and out. Neighborhood type place as all Phil's are. Outside... dinning. Allows dogs. Amy's ice cream is attached. Another Saturday that I woke up craving for a burger, so after watching marching band's performance, we headed to Phil's... Icehouse for lunch. Since it has been a while (and, I was very hungry), I went all in by ordering the "Phil-A-Buster" which is adouble meat, double cheese burger with onions, tomato, lettuce, pickles, mayo, and mustard. In addition, I also got a side ofmixed fries that consisted of regular potato and sweet potato.
