Ordered a big order for an office meeting. Gave hours in advance notice. Pizza was suppose to be here at noon. I called, spoke... to a rather spippy manager and told me it wouldn't be here for another 20 min. Awesome, then our meeting will be over. Horribleservice. We will never go through this location again. The manager's customer service was extremely unprofessional and shebasically told me too bad so sad, what do you want me to do? Wow. Read more
I don?t know what?s going on with this papa John?s but this is crazy?apparently their oven keeps breaking or has been broken for... weeks?OR it?s the end of the day and they just didn?t feel like doing my order?I don?t really know what to expect. But this the3rd time in this month I?ve tried to order from this papa John?s first time they call oven broken refund?2nd time couple weekslater closed for remodel?cool back open 3rd try and again apparently oven is broken. DO NOT deliver from here. Very rude, didn?t get my pizza because I apparently didn?t hear a knock on the door? The manager here... intentionally put me on hold when I tried to call back. Had to call a total of 12 times to get my refund, to hear the driver wasthe manager of the store who tried to blame me for not hearing the knocks. Lost hours of my time and now we have to findsomewhere else to get food. Read more
Pizza has been sub-par for a while. They did not include a garlic dipping sauce and did not care. Delivery driver said, "Sorry I... did not check to see if it was included." Called the store, and the girl offered to give me an "extra garlic sauce free nexttime." Wow, but no thanks. Just gonna quit ordering from these folks since they don't care about customer service. Placed a take out order at peak lunch time, only after eating some of it we noticed the crust is undercooked and chewyyy,... checked with the management and they claim their ovens usually over cook so make sure to check your orders (somehow) if you areplacing a pickup order Read more
Online delivery order so no comments on service. This review is strictly based on taste and value and it failed on both those... criteria. The pizza was the wackest pizza I have had in a while and it cost me $24 total for a 14 inch that really should belike $10 max. Why is the sauce so sweet??? Damnit pizza hut, why wouldn't you deliver to my area. Added a star for fastdelivery. Read more
