The hottest pizza I've ever had.The customer service was a little rough but the most important part was my food and quality.
The worst place - ordered delivery and they used a door dash driver to deliver, I kept checking the app to see when it would be... here it never updated around 1.5 hours later I checked the app and it said -7 mins. Kept refreshing then saw my pizza on theground in the rain outside of the apartment complex I go down to check and it was gone. Either the driver or any random walkingaround stole it. After waiting 1.5 hours the pizza sat in the rain and I never received it. Called and asked for a refund ?still waiting on that too - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! The manager was so rude on the phone (Dena I think?) and said that it?smy fault. Still needing my refund!!!!!!! And I?ll never order here ever again! I don?t order from DoorDash because of their lazydrivers now these people use them to deliver their pizza ??? This place is the worst all around Read more
I have called on several occasions for my charges not being refunded to me for a cancelled order back in May. PLEASE BEWARE -... this location is not fully functional. If you place an order online, it's cancelled due to "the oven not working". You arebetter off disputing with your bank. Read more
After waiting 2 hours for my order and being unable to get anyone from the store on the phone, the online chat service through... the Papa John?s website informed me that the store cancelled my order, unbeknownst to me and for no apparent reason. The onlinetracker also does not work. This particular location does not answer their phone, and they cancel orders for no reason andwithout telling the customer. Whoever is running this store needs to be fired! The WORST customer service. They decided to cancel my order 20 mins after they... closed after waiting for over an hour and a half. No communication, just boom... You order was cancelled. Customer servicewouldn't do anything other than say they will escalate to management at that store. Save your money AND TIME and go somewherewhere they actually know how to treat customers well. Read more
Ordered delivery and the pizza tracker showed the order was made and being prepared, but it never made it to delivery. It was... estimated to arrive in 29 minutes, 38 max. 1 hour and 10 minutes later, I tried to call the store and got an automatic messagethat they were behind. A minute later, my order was cancelled after waiting an hour. The feedback form on the site isn't fullyfunctional or mobile friendly. Don't bother trying to order here. Read more
**Please Read** This location is a disgrace to the entire pizza chain and truly deserves 0 stars. I've ordered from this... location 6 times, and here is a recap of my experiences. #1) Order was never delivered, restaurant closed 4 hours later. (Wasrefunded automatically) - #2) Order arrived 3 hours after I placed it, ice cold and missing half of it. - #3) Order was neverdelivered, restaurant closed. Was still charged, and I had reach out to corporate for a refund because they don't even answertheir phone. - #4) Order was actually right, only 1 hour past delivery window. Luke warm. - #5) The pizza arrived 2 hours late.My name on the box, but the wrong pizza inside. Ice cold. - #6) Ordered at 11:30pm, 1 hour before they closed. 10 min later it'sdone baking on the tracker. 1 hour later store is now closed and the order gets passed off to door dash for delivery. Ordernever arrives. (Why am I surprised?) Was told the next day to contact door dash about missing order. --- The restaurant NEVERanswers their phone, has NO quality control, takes HOURS to deliver food, doesn't acknowledge their mistakes, and will likelymess up your order completely. - Don't EVER order here - You've been warned Read more
Don?t order here. Please don?t. The manager was PERSONALLY training someone new and reassured us to NOT OPEN OUR PIZZA BOXES.... We come home to find all of our orders were messed up. My pizza had a disgusting over amount of one single topping out of 3toppings (not balanced or spread out well), they cheap out on the protein, we BOUGHT 3 extra sauces and didn?t get any of those.They don?t put ANY sauce on your wings. This was a horrible experience and not worth the money at all. Try a differentlocation. I would put 0 stars if it existed. Read more
