I was disheartened to see a manager lecture a coach for bringing her players to this Panera location to eat lunch after a... basketball tournament. So when do fast food restaurants tell paying customers to call ahead because of a lunch rush. It wasinappropriate and unwelcoming. Read more

Please adjust your bagel slicer. I purchased almost a dozen sliced bagels. Every one was sliced on an angle making it... impossible to toast. I've had to reslice each one in order to enjoy them toasted. Other than this the items I purchased wereof the same quality I know as Panera. Read more
I purchased The spicy take chicken sandwich ($10.99). What they had advertised was NOTHING close to what I received. There was... little sauce, pickle chips nonexistent, chicken strip (which I think was supposed to be the filet) was dry, very poor quality. Iasked for a refund. The guy who made the sandwich asked what happened, the lady at the register told him, it was not what I wasexpecting. The guy shrugged his shoulders, said whatever and walked off. I rarely leave a review under 5 stars but I paid $17+ for a tiny, underwhelming & dry sandwich, Mac n cheese side and an apple.... No drink. Portions were meager. Panera used to deliver decent value because everything at least tasted good-to-great. Not thecase now. Read more
