They had some pick 2 deal, so I get the signature chicken sandwich, and broccoli mac and cheese. It's almost $18 and doesn't... even come with a drink. The macaroni was so watered down it was borderline soup. The chicken sandwich was barely consideredwarm. Was it microwaved just to thaw it? I'll never know it give this place another shot. I don't know how they get away withthose prices, and you don't even get a receipt to call them back and give them your order number. Read more

This was my first Panera experience and my last. If you would like to dine in you have to pick up your own food so this is not a... typical dine in restaurant. The kitchen staff was somewhat rude, when I asked where I could grab my drink I got a roll over eyeas if everyone is expected to know where things are. Nonetheless the food was awful, the bread is cold and hard. Not sure ifthis is the theme of the bread. Read more

Probably worse Panera I?ve been in across the country. No bagels stock early afternoon, coffee was old and cold. Location was... dated inside but moderately clean. The help was friendly. This is not a reflection on staff but ownership?s greed, paying help$7.25 hour. I love Panera but won?t waste my time visiting another location in Texas. Read more

I spent $45 here for VERY LAUGHABLY tiny portions of food. The Panera of my college years was on my tastebuds this Saturday... afternoon. So I thought I'd give this new location a try. I received my food and as you can see in the photos, it was NOT whatit appears on-screen (they have digital kiosks that you order on when you enter). The food is not homemade. It's pre-packaged,small portions of garbage! My fruit cup was tiny, my sandwich was tiny. I added bacon to it and it wasn't added. My daughter'steriyaki chicken looked like it was half eaten and they forgot my side of mac n cheese. The manager was a rude, entitledteenager who told me she didn't see anything wrong with the spoonful of cucumber tomato salad that I ordered as a side. Also, the tables were all dirty and floor was sticky. This place is too new to be this poorly run. I'm still hungry. And Disappointed???? Shame on you, Panera! Read more

Flavor was okay but portions were ridiculously stingy. The chipotle chicken avocado melt was basically bread with a little... chicken and the rest of the ingredients were nearly nonexistent. My partner got a teriyaki bowl and the portion was tiny and thewhole order was overpriced in general. Panera?s quality and quantity have really gone downhill recently! I have a feelingcorporate or management is requiring this ???? Read more
