OneTaco is a great surprise of a taqueria. The bright colors and busy interior suggest a less authentic and less flavorful taco... coming, but that is entirely not the case. These tacos are fantastic. They are far better than other taco chains around Austin.I can't decide if I should recommend the pollo asado (chicken), carne asada (beef), or pastor (pork) because they equally bringflavor to the table. I can recommend the green sauce over the red (except on beef), but it is a nice problem when everything isso good that you can't decide what's best. Read more
