Pretty nice boutique but the sales associates can be hit or miss. Some are super friendly and some seem to be having bad days. ... I like coming into the store because you can usually get seasonal stuff that's unavailable online but you can find in store. Read more
Tip: order your pods online. Do not waste your time picking up your order in store. The boutique doesn't know how to put in a... system that would streamline ordering your pods, browsing/looking at machines, and picking up your online order. Honestly, itcould be as simple as when someone walks in the door, "hi, are you here to order, pick up or to browse?" So they can be moreefficient with their time. If understaffed, have a ipad with a sign-up sheet for folks that want a "tour" of the machines andneed to ask a million questions. Have an online rez system for ordering in-person. If someone is there to just pick up an order,for the love of God, just grab it for them OR let folks grab it themselves! OR just say to whoever you are with, "I'll be rightback. I'm just going to grab a bag for this customer." Takes less than 2 minutes. Save time, do not pick up any orders in-store.Buy everything online. Read more
Amazing experience and amazing employee! Nespresso is awesome and I love a lot of things about the company and products. I... traveled to this store in the Domain to get a new machine and some more pods. The experience by an employee named Ashley reallymade the whole trip. She was insanely knowledgeable and very patient and sweet with us while also making sure everything wascorrect and we were given everything I was ordering and choosing. Her customer service was really outstanding. Not only did Ibuy a new machine but she was able to explain the promotions and specials which then encouraged me to buy 10 sleeves and more.Very happy with my purchase. I have been to this store many times over the past few years, and have always had pleasant experiences. I love being able to... sample the new flavors when they come out! Don?t try to order online because they will scam you out of as much money as possible. Placed an order online and realized I... bought $60 worth of the wrong pods so I called 5 minutes after I ordered and the associate assured me that he canceled my order.He then offered to place the same order but with the right pods. I thought ?SURE! How convenient!?. About an hour later Ichecked my order status and they both still were ?pending?. So I called again to confirm that one got canceled. They said it hadbut it will come in ?due time?. Flash forward a few hours later and I receive tracking info for both. So I call again. Theyassure me that they canceled an order but couldn?t answer my question as to ?why did I receive tracking info for an order thatwas canceled?.
