Very bed staff rude and mean and also they selling expired food ? making sure this pizza place will be shut down !!!
I had a Door Dash order to pick up and after waiting for over 18 minutes I was informed that they burned the pizza and that it... would take 6 minutes for another one to be made. It took another 20 minutes before the order was ready. Then the female thatworks there says that I have to have a pizza bag in order to take the order out of the store (which is not a requirement perDoor Dash). I told her that I had one in car ( the one that Door Dash sends all the delivery drivers). She insisted that I getthe bag, mind you the customer has been waiting on this order far too long as is and they are concerned with a bag? I got thebag and started putting the pizza in it. As I was doing so the female worker says I need to confirm the order to which I said togive me a second, because I was in the middle of putting the pizza in the bag. She repeated herself and I told her the samething, to give me a second since I was in the middle of putting it pizza in the bag. She then calls the manager over to tell himthat I refused to confirm the order. I never refused to do anything. They have the nerve to get nasty with me after having mestand there for almost 40 minutes. At that point it should have came with a pizza bag, a full refund and an apology. I miss the on Gatti's on Anderson lane, the employees already knew me by call and in person. This Gatti's is my new one... now...good service, friendly staff and great pizza. They'll get to know me too...if same employees that stay there. Keep up thegood work team. Read more
I tried to call and speak to the manager, was unsuccessful and very disappointed. 30 min hold and no answer. I live in corpus... and when I come to Austin I look forward to my Gattis Pizza. Tonight, I had more crust then pizza and all of my hamburger wasthrown in the middle. I am not happy! I spent a lot of money for pizza to come to me like this! Read more
I placed an order for the 2,2,2 special at 7:14pm it did not arrive until 10:40pm I called numerous times to be told it was on... its way and the manager Erica could not give a time it would be delivered. On top of that it was not my order and it was supercold and hard. They didn't even send my soda but the driver did offer to stop by the store to buy us one. Customer service washorrible as well as the management (Erica). The driver was not even supposed to be driving she stated she just stop by the joband it was her day off... She however was super apologetic. I took pictures of the horrible pizzas they gave me. I should havejust gone with a frozen pizza from HEB..... When i choose pick-up they halfway get it right.....BUt....Whenever I order for DELIVERY I get poor service and half done... product as you can see one pizza looks fine and the other looks dry and bad..I ordered and paid for extra CHEESE on bOTH pizzasbut instead as you can see that's not what I got...Yes I could call and complain. ..but nothing will be done...ughh...then thedriver expects a tip plus delivery fee..I wish lol Ceasars still had their pizza kits available! I ordered acouple pizzas online for pick up they were delicious reminds me of the days my kids were small we'd all go to the... buffet teachers would give kids coupon for a free buffet Mr.Gattis help support schools, we need to order more from thembecause they are the best pizza in town honestly.....we will always love their pizzas ????
