Comfy recliners. Quick service. Lots of space to walk between aisles. Classic and current movies!

Not a good experience any more. Food has gone way downhill. Seats are old and getting torn up. Servers talk loud and full... volume in the middle of the movie. Nobody enforces or cares about phone use and talking. To top off with 2+$ service chargeper ticket to book ... Should be ashamed of yourselves. Illegal in many industries. Obvious money grab. Maybe I should chargeyou for my gas to get there. I'll cover the ride home. Won't be returning any time soon. Read more

Well this was our first time here and we love it! It's kind of like Alamo Draft House but slightly more upscale. The menu is a... bit limited but the bar makes up for it! The theater we were in was small but we actually like it that way. The seats areawesome! Big cushy leather ones that lean waaaaay back, and nice little side tables that rotate over you for eating and then outof the way when you're done. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The tickets and food are a little pricey but wefelt the value was there for the extras. The movie screen and sound are great. It feels like your TV room at home just biggerand better! They also have a little button on your seat to call the wait staff during the movie if you want refills or to ordermore food. The popcorn was good and served in a nice big stainless steel bowl too. We went to a show very early evening on aFriday and there was almost no one there so I can't speak to how the service is when it's a busy night but the facility isrelatively small (not a MEGAplex) so I would think the service is pretty good even on a very busy day. If you're looking for alaid back entertainment experience in a nice place with some food and drink delivered right to your recliner then I would highlyrecommend you try the Movihouse & Eatery! Note that their handicap seats have no option for people not in a wheelchair. Most theaters have roller chairs or removable... seats, but here it was just carpet spaces with no optimal seats. We moved to the first row as everything else was sold out, andman what terrible seats. Many theaters have a ?no bad seats? configuration, well these were bad. Like maybe 8 feet from agiant screen. Constant head moving just to try to see what was happening in the scene. The pic shows my view from my seat,maybe 20% of the screen, the bottom of it was at least 3 feet above level view, too. Gotta say... I used to LOVE this place, but it's not what it used to be. I feel like its very mediocre now when before the... pandemic it was THE place to go. They have a bar but it wasn't opened and it wasn't during odd hours so not sure what ishappening there. Their menu is pretty generic now with no unique items pulling you to go here for that cool experience. Idon't think their seats have been upgraded or reupholstered since it opened. On the up side, service was pretty good. Didn'thave to wait long for wait staff to respond to requests so that was a PLUS! Read more

We have been coming here for years now & love it. The food was amazing when we first started coming & lately they have made... changes to the food items they are buying & it's just not that good anymore which is a real bummer. An example would be thepepperoni on the pizza used to be huge & thick & delicious & now they are just normal small pepperoni, the same with the chickentenders they were crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside so flavorful & they recently changed this & they look flat & nottasty at all. This has always been our favorite movie theater. Assigned reclining seats, the servers are doing a great job keeping up with... everyone and take great care of us. Projection quality and sound has always been great. And the food is still fantastic. We havenever once had any problem with our food there. They have been changing the menu around, they are always adding new things andspecials, and lost some things we like but they brought back Coke Zero which is nice. Since the Movie house was built we havebecome spoiled and every other theater is kind of a letdown. And if you are very picky about seats like me there is no goingback from assigned seating. It is nice that there are people in the shows but not so many seats that it feels claustrophobic. Add on top of that the specials, the account rewards, the special events and screening of classics and old favorites and it'sdefinitely become one of our favorite places to go close to home when we venture out of Steiner Ranch. Fully electric recliner leather seats that can fit a person generously! Moving tables with cup holders. Button to call for... servers to take you order through out a movie! What more do you want!? Great place. Only downside some of the chairs are quiteworn. Otherwise, pretty good - butter popcorn is tasty, pizza is nice. Enjoy going here Read more
