I have ordered the dark meat version of this dish 5-6 times. Love it. A lot. It always hits the spot. My one criticism is... that in some cases (sauce, Brussels sprouts) the portions are kind of skimpy. The Lucky Sauce is SO good, but they don't giveyou enough of it, and they charge $2 for extra. I?ve had this dish many times in many places, and this is a pretty good version of it. But trust me: do NOT order their ?Iconic,... which includes both thigh and breast. You really only want the thigh, which is tender, flavorful and traditional. Somewherebetween the poaching temperature, time and the packaging, their chicken breast becomes inedibly tough. Happened twice in a row.Stick with thigh. Also, 2/3 times I?ve gotten a minuscule serving of their excellent ?lucky sauce? portion. Fill those saucecups higher! Read more

This is not Hainan chicken. What I got instead was a sort of shredded chicken over rice? It definitely didn't match images on... the restaurant oder page. I also ordered the tofu for my girlfriend. They managed to leave the tofu off and sent me home with aplate of rice. Not super happy with the experience. Read more
