This place is consistently on point. Every time, we throw together wacky toppings expecting it will not work and every time we... are proved wrong. I?ve been to this location twice and both times were horrible. First time more than half my pizza was burnt but the order was... to-go and I didn?t notice until I was home. Second, most recent time I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. The employee dumped ahandful of chicken and mushrooms in the middle of my pizza and stuck it in the oven. The end result was a ring of marinarasurrounding a pile of half cooked chicken and mushrooms. Gross. On top of that the employees are cold and rude unless they?reobviously in training, in which case they?re still polite. Avoid this place like the plague. Read more
Online order. Arrived 10 minutes after order was quoted to be ready. Order had not been placed in the oven yet and I was told... I'd have to wait. They had a nice patio area so I waited outside. Overall pizza was good a little burnt! Definitely preferthe Kyle location. The parking lot is not made for trucks. Read more
For what it is, a chain restaurant with over 500 locations, MOD still manages to deliver quality pizzas and cater to your... personal likes & tastes. It's closer to 3.5 stars, but their service is over the top and based on appearances, the company caresabout its people. Read more
The service and food were excellent! 1- Typically I don't have this as number 1, but the staff was so friendly and nice and... helpful! The shift was Friday night at 10 PM! Whoever those people were they all deserve a raise! Considering that I went therejust before closing so they must have been exhausted. 2-Loved the diversity of vegan options, vegan cheese, vegan sausage,everything! The food was amazing! I had a build-your-own in addition to the vegan garlic bread pizza thing! So delicious! Welldone! 3-The store was well organized and clean. Germophobe approved!! 4-I love the job opening advertisement for your businessthat said you care about your people and pay them well. 5-The prices were really fair and loved that you don't upcharge forvegan cheese. Great place for not so expensive pizzas. I usually go with the "Create your own" option which comes for a moderate $10 and boy... you have so many toppings to try with your pizzas. They even have strawberries if you want to try that on your pizzas. Theatmosphere is great and clean and the staff is friendly. I just moved to my new place and mod pizza is my go to place if I'm notin a mood to cook or I just want to eat outside. Read more
This picture is supposed to be two of the same pizza. We ordered through Uber Eats, and the driver questioned if part of the... order was missing and was told no- so this is all we got for $50. The food that did make it was awful. We should have gotten twodesserts and 2 drinks also. Trying to call MOD pizza is a nightmare and got the runaround and was told that they?d give us freereplacements if we came back in, but we?re on vacation without a car. Terrible experience. Read more
