This location definitely needs to retrain their employees on customer service!!!! I pulled into the drive through around 4:30 pm... on Wednesday of 2/9/2022. After waiting several minutes at the microphone to order cause of technical difficulties, I placed myorder! Get to window and an employee hands me a bag with a stale basket of fries. I asked her to switch them out for me causethey looked old! When I reviewed my order I noticed they didn't put my daughter's fries in the bag. I went inside in person andthe employee Sylvia was arguing with me yelling saying that I was lying. She arranged the order herself and she put the friesin there. I corrected her and said no ma'am you gave me a bag I tasted the fries and I handed you the bag back. She was nothelpful in getting me my items that she fail to put in the bag along with any of the sauce for my nuggets. This is a perfectexample of why I don't like eating fast food. Rude and disrespectful employees. They don't like customer service, they need toget a job where they don't interact with people. She was the rudest employee I have ever came across. She needs to be retrainedon how to talk to the patrons. Yelling is never okay!!!!!Common courtesy goes a long way. She started to yell and didn't eventry to solve the problem. Friendly service and great, typical McDonald?s menu items to enjoy! I haven?t been to this location since well before the... pandemic started, but saw an article that the McRib was back and had to go! No inside dining is allowed because of the pandemic,but there is takeout, drive-through and mobile order curbside pick up available. Easily seen from either South Lamar or BartonSprings Road. Not good. Restaurant is dirty employees are not dressed to code. Nor are adutudes inviting to customers. In 30 minutes I watched... 7 people return products that were either not correct or not eatable. I took pictures and plan to send to corporate office. So here's my question, everytime I come here I get it and ice cream but I think today I call it quits with McDonald's. Is a... McFlurry that's $2.80 supposed to look like this would you consider this a full ice cream , half an ice cream or were you justsimply say this is not worth $2.80 I'm going somewhere else. When I arrived to this location, I immediately noticed a bad smell that made the place smell like public restroom, the water... they were mopping the floor with was definitely dirty (or even the mop was). The place looked decently clean, but that funkysmell was not something pleasant while eating. McDonald?s food has not the best taste, but there was something about the burgersfrom this specific place that tasted bad for me: I ordered a Fish O Fillet and the patty?s taste made it obvious that it wasmicrowaved, besides it was so freaking small, so I ordered two of the dollar menu cheeseburgers, which were also bland inflavor. Workers were polite and nice, there was zero waiting line and I got my order pretty fast, it?s only the place thatdoesn?t match with their personalities very much. Entire place felt a bit run down and most of the tables had smudges on them like they hadn?t been cleaned in a few hours. My... oatmeal looked more like watery soup (see picture) but tasted okay. Service was fast, so they get 2 stars. Read more
