This day was a good day the cashier understood me my coffee was made the way I requested it...
Normally a 5 star fun place near work. Quick clean bite to eat but the disrespect that day was real n food was stail. Sadly
First off the employees here don't understand English AT ALL!! I'm definitely ok with many and all people of the world as I am... hispanic myself but if you're in Austin tx at one of the busiest McDonald's, we'll fast food chain in the world - there shouldbe someone working that can understand what i need a refund since my card only had certain amount that at the time I wasn'taware of and didn't bring any cash with me . It took 4 people too try too understand what I was saying and even then I haven'tseen the refund on my bank statement. I call yesterday too ask too speak with the manager and she was the rudest person I'veEVER spoke too on the phone in my entire life. It was very poor customer service especially, when I came across nice just tryingtoo explain the situation. I will never be taking my business Here and it's sad because I love my mcds. Read more
This location was great! I went in there at about 11:00 AM and they had an abundance of staff or the food was hot, it was fresh,... it was quick, the restaurant was clean. I have no complaints. will visit this location again Read more
