Literally the only McDonald?s close to where I live, I come here often it?s never ?outstanding? service. It?s always mediocre at... best, the staff doesn?t really go out of their way to make sure you get what you ordered. This is the second time though, I hadto stay parked cause the kids at the window were just talking while I waited for nugget sauce. I get home and the buns to theburger are rock hard. No idea what management thinks they?re doing but they aren?t hiring their best LOL Read more

Manager was out of line, a complete rude incompetent lady who doesn't deserve to work at McDonald's. All I did was wait... patiently for my doordash with my phone and she ignored me and I asked if she could give me my order she said I was shoving myphone in her face. It was just on the table I was being patient. Show her the tape. She needs a different job. Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! All I wanted was a large fry and the ?manager ? proceeds to yell at me in the drive thru saying I... didn?t order it and shut the door in our face so I couldn?t add it on like seriously all I wanted was large fry isn?t it alreadyready like what?s really going on . Not the Micky D's I know you had to get a token for the restroom where, and who does that but I will say it was clean but really... a token? Is it to keep the homeless out or the bus drivers, truckers that are out doing a service when nature calls its shouldenbe a problem. I know everything went up but to pay $3.00 for 2 small icecream cones no coating (like DQ) oooo wow not reallyworth it so Micky D's not exactly a good place for me right now maybe for a quick $1.00 menu thats all its sums up for me. Customer service simply doesn't exist. Couple that with the cashier NOT giving my my debit card back causing me t ok have to... traverse the city in order to retrieve it. The staff inside didn't greet any of the customers, looked discombobulated and lackbasic social skills. Read more
Just okay. I ordered the 6 piece chicken nuggets. Still too hard!!! And, my first Strawberry shake. It was very... good.???????? The attendant charged me for a strawberry slush, but after I spoke with the Manager, they corrected my order. Read more
This is the worse McDonald I've ever been too , I use to work in a McDonald but this one is far from ok , they always forget... something in my orden or always get it wrong on making an ice coffe. It's not made right or taste like water , the Gm namedlily is rude and has no idea on how to run a store or even her employees , the worse you can buy food at. This store is a Joke Read more
