I walked in and stood at the front counter for 6 minutes. Drive thru was busy and I didn't want to wait on the drive thru line... and that's why I went in. Then a young woman TOLD me to use the electronic kiosk to start my order. I asked her if they takecash at this location. She said yes but that they were busy with the drive thru orders. This is clearly not my problem as whereI was standing at the front counter there is a sign above my head that says ORDER HERE. If that's the way service will be thenjust turn the place into drive thru only location. I just didn't like the way I was spoken to at this location. There shouldhave been a more professional way to speak to a client who walks into a McDonald's. Not sure if I will return. I drove from westparmer Lane to this location too since there isn't one near where I live. I have been to other locations and they always greetedand took my order there with no problem. ate there the fri night, wanted a mcrib but what i got was a rib straight out of the fridge ice cold in a mini bun that didnt... fit. go to a different place to eat. i wont go back here. my friend got a quarter pounder that was also inedible. i would havegiven a 0 but that wasnt a a choice. Very disappointed, we had placed an order on the machine and forgot to get something else so I got in line to order the... additional stuff for the rest of the family. Little did they know that I also spoke Spanish and understood what they were sayingabout my order. We went thru the drive thru on 10/03 around 8 pm, we were using our deal of the day code but the Hispanic lady at the window... kept telling us code invalid, we even showed it to her on the App itself and she was very rude and said we couldn't get it andslammed the window on us and would not open it back up, we went to the next window and called for the manager to file acompliant and also he told us to refresh page and the code went thru. McDonald's should not have workers at the cash registerthat is not willing to help customers and rudely slam the window on them. I appreciate all the people that are working at anyfood establishment, because it's very hard to get people to apply but this person should leave if she is not happy because inreality she is impacting McDonald's business. We will never go back to this location, some folks need to go back to customerservice training. Read more

Just went through drive through around 10:20p.m. We encountered a female employee who was rude and disrespectful. We didn?t... catch her name as we decided to go to another place instead of deal with bad customer service. Hope this problem is resolvedsoon. Read more

Steady stream of cars in the drive thru shows the restaurant must be doing something right. It had been a while since I had... patronized this location, so I was pleased to see service has not gone down. Because of the long breakfast line, I tested theircurbside service. I was pleased that my food arrived timely and my beverage was still the right temperature and my biscuit wasstill warm. Well done! Read more
