Servers very slow and very, very rude and unfriendly. Lady at the front counter gave me my drink holder with what appeared to be... one medium drink and one small shake I had ordered two drinks and one small shake. When I tried to get her attention which tookseveral excuse me, she finally half yelled "we don't have no more!" Thinking that I was referring to the Happy meal and them nothaving the Halloween buckets. Happy meal was for an adult so I did not want the bucket anyway. I was referring to the drinks.She still didn't explain. I then put two and two together and realized the smaller cup was inside the larger cup but since theywere both clear it was almost impossible to see them. She never gave me a heads up or let me know even after I asked. Just veryrude service. I will never go back to that McDonald's. Read more
Went there today during breakfast and the manager there had all the staff working super hard. The staff was super courteous and... nice. I hardly ever write reviews but felt the need to give kudos where it is much deserved. Read more
This morning my husband parked out front (big African American man) waiting for McDonald?s to open. The women who was... responsible for opening assumed he was going to rob them and threatened to call the police because she was trying to open thedoors. She asked him to leave many times . He wasn?t disrespectful or rude.This is disgusting and racial profiling is not niceat all! I will never come to this location again! We work for our money and stealing is just as ugly as this lady?s thoughtprocess! Read more
I'm not from TX. We are here for a conference. The lady who seemed to be in charge was pretty rude. I definitely won't be going... back during my stay here. I'll go to the taco bell next door instead. I'm hoping she was just having a bad morning but someoneshould probably monitor her attitude. Even the people in front of me were upset. Read more

Food was decently warm and not haphazardly thrown together this time. However, the employees need to learn better interaction... skills with customers instead of acting like we don't exist while waiting at the window. Had to go back twice for sausage they forgot on my SAUSAGE, egg and cheese mcgrid I ordered, got just bacon twice, on the... return, I suggested I can change my order since breakfast had past, they insisted they would make it. They then proceed to handme a bag/w just sausage and my old bag I just brought back...so i basically put it together... P.s. seemed like I was gettingon their nerves when they messed up on my order ???? Read more
