Food is great, if they give you what you ordered. If you get Jocelyn expect for items to be missing as she does not place what... you actually ordered. The man before me had an entire blizzard missing while I didn?t receive pecans. Something very small forme but they wanted to charge .07 i wouldn?t have had any issue paying for it when I originally ordered but asking me to chargemy card for a few pennies is ridiculous. I'm still laughing at this but my boyfriend and I went to this DQ and he ordered a triple buster....they have it to him with... three sausage patties and not beef ???????? idk why they did this but I'm still laughing. Not gonna go back to this location butstill funny Read more
Cashier claimed they didn't have a few items on the menu. The food didn't even look good, and my friend didn't even eat half of... it. I stuck with a hot fudge sundae & it was like syrup and a small amount of ice cream. Totally disappointed, won't go back. Read more

The gravy was toooo runny.... NO NO... lumpy is better. They forgot free ice cream cone token too....BUT then got call from Mr.... DQ himself and issued a complete refund. My family and I went to get blizzards after dinner. All of them were doubled cup and melting over the rim. I got cookies n cream... but the bottom part was only vanilla and No cookies. My boyfriend got a choco brownie extreme blizzard and it was not mixed wellat all and just melting over the rim. There was only choco chunks and no brownie pieces or cocoa fudge. This location has seriously surprised me, i didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I have. I was actually quite disappointed with... my experience through the drive thru on my first couple visits; but the dine in experience is complete opposite of that and haschanged my mind. The service and food has been amazing! -- The daytime manager(I believe her name is Teresa) and anotheremployee, I believe her name is Treasure are my two favorite employees to interact with; they are always so kind and helpful.I'm happy to have given this place another chance! Came to give this Dairy Queen another try since it?s the closet to me however they let me down again. I waited 25 minutes and... had seen previous people come in after me and leave. I finally asked if my food would be ready soon l, I have them myticket.They let me know they had given my order to someone else. I asked for a refund, instead they gave me the food the personbrought back after the realized they had the wrong order. They would not remake my food or give me a refund. My cashier wasMiguel. Update: Mr. Mayfield called me back to smooth over the situation with an apology and refund. I really do appreciatethis as not many business owners would care enough to do this.
