I don?t normally take time to write reviews. I?m in Austin for work and was craving quality Poke. This is the spot forsure.... Prices are a little steep and I wish there were a few more options in the way of protein; but all in all I?ve never walked awayunhappy. I don?t exactly have a basis on what other quality poke spots are out here, but I honestly can?t see myself goinganywhere else. Totally worth it! Read more

Any spot can make a poke bowl, but not many spots can make a great one! I recently came to Malibu Poke and was quite satisfied... with my experience. I tried a few bowls such as: - Spicy Chili Tuna: marinated cucumbers, serrano, red onion, micro herbs, redchili thread, crispy shallot - for those who want something spicy ($13) - 3.75/5 - Tropical Chimichurri Shrimp: scallion,carrot, mango, jicama, micro herbs - for those who want something light and refreshing ($13) - 3.5/5 - Red Miso Salmon: jicama,furikake, scallion, micro herbs, arare, serrano, crispy garlic - a well balanced poke bowl with various flavors. My fav!($13.50) - 4.375/5 - Bonito Ailoi Tuna: serrano pepper, bonito flakes, micro herbs, avocado, toasted coconut, crispy garlic -for those who want something more creamy ($13) - 4/5 - Avocado & Chips: a good size portion. Can't go wrong with this for anappetizer. ($6) - 4/5 - Garlic Chili Edamame: another appetizer you can't go wrong with if you want something more light. ($6)- 3.625/5 All in all, the bowls were very well made. You can tell that the ingredients are higher quality and the portions arepretty filling.
