You walk in and seat yourself, no one even acknowledged us(my family and I) when walked in. No, "Hey how are you. Have a seat... wherever you'd like". You sit down and order your food via online. What happened to great customer service and customer/waiterinteraction? I ordered the chicken dumplings and they were the worst I've ever had. I guess coming from the SF bay area, I'mspoiled with authentic Asian food. I guess my expectations were higher than normal. I only ate a few and left the rest. Paid mytab online and left.
