This place is a must visit while in town. The food is phenomenal with great flavors and presentation. The service is outstanding... with servers very attentive and friendly. The servings are big so you could share with someone or take some home for later. Goodplace for families to include their kids. I highly recommend this place. Read more

Been only once for drinks and appetizer. Service was good and pisco sour was good too. Just had the fried yucca which was good... buy can't say much about the rest of the menu. Sat outside which was nice but never went inside so no idea how it is. Read more

My wife had pork and I had beef. We both had cocktails and shared ceviche and a dessert. We were blown away by how delicious it... all was. We asked the waitress for her recommendations and she did not disappoint. I will be eating here often I thought theservice and food and price was all outstanding. Read more

I wanted to like this place because the staff was so sweet and helpful but the food is aggressively average. I got a beef... empanada, a cheese and spinach empanada, and their standard ceviche. The beef empanada has good flavor but there was almost nofilling at all. The powdered sugar on top made it better. The egg inside was not helpful. The spinach and cheese empanada wasalso underwhelming and I couldn?t find any cheese in it at all. The spinach was bitter. I also prefer an empanada to be friedand these were baked but the dough was tender and tasted good. The fish part of the ceviche was fresh, had good texture andplenty of acid but the sides with it were both confusing and hard to eat. The crispy corn (?) lacked flavor and was hard tochew. The sweet potato was good but didn?t make sense with the fish. The other corn like thing was tough and had no flavor atall. The texture was likewise off putting. There is much better ceviche to be had in Austin. Read more

Lima Criolla has a beautiful abundant menu! We had never had Peruvian food before and we were very satisfied with the flavors of... every dish we ordered! My 9yo already asked when we are going to eat here again! 10/10 recommend! Read more

We came for lunch. It's a great place if you're looking for something new. Very clean place. Amazing and fast service. I am not... Peruvian, but I do not have a problem stating that this is as close to a great authentic Peruvian place. Will definitely return Read more

Don?t be charmed by the fancy facade and signage. The restaurant from the inside is quite outdated and needs many changes. I?ll... go over the negatives first. - the alley to the restrooms smells horrid! Please consider cleaning bathrooms frequently andleaving some scented sprays because in a closed space with 0 windows that poo smell is not pleasing at all. - the fan behind thebar can tell your place needs a major cleaning done. It is covered in dust and grease from over the years and very unattractiveto the eye considering the prices. - the amount of food served is just bizarre. My plate was mounted with food and can br quiteunappetizing to look at. Maybe charge less and serve lesser quantity so food doesn?t go to waste. - please stop using the samewash cloths to wipe counters. The whole place smelled like an old rag and again, doesn?t justify the experience somebody wantsto have if paying $18-$20 for a plate of food. Positive - extremely friendly and nice people working here who are probably abit overworked due to shortage in labor and that?s understandable. - food tastes decent but just the way it looks can be offputting due to the amount of food that?s being served. A lot! I wish the dine in experience can be improved along with thequantity of food so nobody feels like food is being wasted. The prices doesn?t justify the experience at all. If I?m spendingover $50 for lunch then I can get better experience at some restaurant in Domain. I know there is potential and I hope you thinkabout that. ???? Read more

If you are looking for some authentic Peruvian food, look no further -- Lima Criolla is THE Peruvian Cuisine to visit. Prior to... COVID-19, we visited Peru for about 2 weeks and have missed their food ever since. Lima Criolla fixed that problem because theirfood and drinks are delicious and authentic. We ordered the Ceviche Limeño, Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos, Pisco Sour, and ChichaMorada. Let's start off with the drinks. Both the Pisco Sour and Chicha Morada tasted the same as they did back in Peru -- inparticular, the Pisco Sour tasted like the one we had in Huacachina and the Chicha Morada tasted exactly the same like the onewe had in Ollantaytambo. If you had to pick between the two, go with the Chicha Morada. We had Chicha Morada from almost everyrestaurant we went to, but nothing could be compared to the one in Ollantaytambo. The Ceviche Limeño and Arroz Chaufa deMariscos were both very delicious. The Ceviche Limeño provides a refreshing taste, and it isn't at all heavy. My only complaintis that I wished they provided more vegetables on the plate. The Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos was hot and filling. It may have justbeen my plate, but the bigger shrimp was placed on top while the remaining shrimps within the rice were all small shrimps --it's just something I noticed. The customer service was superb. The person who served us was extremely nice and quite humorous,I'd say. She was very sweet and kind. It's an A+ from me. When I visit Austin again, I would definitely return to Lima Criolla.I haven't had an authentic Peruvian dish anywhere else but here. Everything, from the drinks, to the food, to the customerservice, was absolutely perfect. Lima Criolla has something for everyone. Want something refreshing? Get the Ceviche Limeño.Want some seafood with rice? Get the Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos. Underage but looking for a refreshing drink? Get the ChichaMorada. There's something for everyone here. Read more
