Amazing food! I loved the tomato soup and grilled cheese combo. Their bread was so tasty and soft. Avocado toast tasted fresh.... The iced almond latte was not too bad. 10/10 would go back. Read more

It was ok, nothing bad at all. My partner and I both loved the atmosphere and the decor, and the staff wasn't mean or anything... like that. The food was fine, though we did have some nitpicks. My crepe was very mushy, and the croissant was served cold whichis strange as normally they seem to be warmed at least by default in other places. My partner thought that his Croque Monsieur(Forgive me if I misspelled that) was just ok, and expected it to be creamier. I did love the coffee, and my hard boiled eggswere done very well. The plating and presentation was nice as well. Other than that we really weren't too impressed by the foodand aren't too inclined to go back soon. We also did not know that we had to go right up to order, rather than wait to beseated, which confused us initially as there was no indication of what to do. Overall, my first impression is that it's arestaurant with lovely atmosphere and average food. It's not a bad place to go at all, but probably could make more improvementsand little changes to be even better than it is currently. Read more

Returned post pandemic to a restaurant we?ve always enjoyed and found it in many ways better than ever. Friendly staff, short... time to order, good food and plenty of open tables inside and out. I had forgotten how amazing the tomato basil soup was. It?sthe best I?ve ever had. Hubby had a white bean soup and enjoyed it. The salads looked good too. The food came out quickly.Definitely worth a return visit. Read more

Very nice toasted turkey & Brie w/ caramelized onions sandwich that comes with one side. The pasta & tomato pesto salad was... delicious too. Warm fireplace to cozy-up next to for leisurely lunch, book reading with their delicious coffee, dessert &coffee or just to chill while enjoying their quiet, non-hectic environment. Read more

Visited again and same great food the cinnamon roll French toast was incredible. Delicious is not enough of a description. The... wife highly enjoyed her salad and quiche as well. Fairly busy when we were there for lunch on a staurday. Staff was masked aswell. Lots of fresh bakery offerings as well to take home. They also have a private party room available. French feel to a lotof the food although they also have more traditional American style foods. Some of the selections are available on the cafeteriastyle line while others are brought out to you. Step into a French country restaurant right in the heart of Austin where the food is fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The... inside atmosphere is quaint and low-key, and there's also outside dining available. Read more
